Technical Trainer

We're working with a well-established data analytics software company to find a Technical Trainer for their Chantilly, VA offices. This is a full-time position with outstanding compensation and excellent benefits including company paid health insurance. This is a hybrid role and at least two days per week in the office will be required. Active Secret Clearance is required, Top Secret is preferred. This position requires up to 40% travel including international.

This position responsible for providing initial training to customers as well as continuing to work directly with the customer, often at their location, to educate and enable them on the flexibility and capabilities of the company’s solutions to achieve key business outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

• Create content - contribute to learning content creation including training courses, eLearning courses, micro-learning, case scenarios, tips and hands-on exercises

• Validate content - ensure all learning content is relevant and reflective of the latest release, help fix content where required, identify gaps requiring supplementary content to provide an excellent customer experience

Deliver

• Coordinate and deliver training events at the company’s facilities or customer site to our audiences.

Mentor

• Help new customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize the company’s solutions based on the customer’s business needs, associated outcomes, as well as their user base.
• Help ensure existing customers use their currently deployed system to fullest and bring awareness to other the company’s features, products, solutions that would help them achieve key business outcomes
• Regular check-ins with customers on their product usage, adoption rate, and ongoing evolution of their ssociated processes

Education

• University degree or College diploma and or equivalent experience

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills
• Must hold a current Secret or Top-Secret clearance, as well as maintain eligibility for such
• Must be able to qualify for customer site access
• Must be available to travel frequently, and at times with short notice
• Working knowledge of the company’s product base
• Familiarity with lawful intercept collection practices and related intelligence cycles
• System Administrator experience
